Unity went above and beyond. After initial interview they paired me with a new company and I interviewed and got the job inside a week. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience working with Kitty, who connected me with an excellent company that i’m now working for. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and consistently kept me informed throughout the entire process. I never felt out of the loop or uncertain about next steps.

Having had less positive experiences with other recruiters in the past, I can confidently say that Kitty—and Unity—stand out for their professionalism, communication, and genuine care for candidates.

Thank you, Kitty, for your incredible support!

Re-entering the corporate world after a few years freelancing and WFH was daunting but when I applied for a position with a company managed by Unity Resourcing, Louise and Beth put me straight at ease and made the journey back to the workplace seamless and stress free. From the initial telephone interview with Beth and the face to face with Louise I felt they really ‘got me’ so everything else just followed. What a great experience. Thank you ladies, very happy in my new role. Would highly recommend Unity Resourcing to others. ⭐️

Lovely team, very understanding and really take into consideration your needs and thoughts. Every conversation I've had so far has been led with confidence and I've come away feeling motivated and positive. Even faced with rejection (my own needs), Kitty & Beth have remained so polite and professional.
